Eyewitness video captured a celebration of singing and dancing in Lwandle, on the outskirts of Cape Town, just moments before tragedy struck on Sunday, September 27. Around 2:00 a.m. local time, gunmen opened fire on the crowd at a local grilled meat venue, leaving 10 people dead and 11 others injured.
