How a card gets in
- Confirmed. Confession, charge, conviction, or an official finding that the alleged victim or a named person staged it.
- Collapsed. Police, a school, the FBI, or a court closed the bias claim. No mob. No Klan. Often no crime of that kind at all.
- Disputed. Still live, thin sourcing, or only one side walked it back. Those cards stay quieter.
No source URL, no card. Tips without a police memo, charging doc, school statement, or dated news story sit in the holding queue. Interracial crime is not a hoax by itself. “No suspect yet” is not a hoax.
