A women’s-only nude spa in Lynnwood, Washington, is taking its fight all the way to the Supreme Court. Olympus Spa, a Christian family-run Korean jjimjilbang that requires full nudity in communal areas and has served biological females for two decades, turned away a biological male who identifies as a transgender woman. Washington state’s Human Rights Commission called it illegal discrimination under the state’s Law Against Discrimination. Lower courts backed the state. The spa is now asking the justices whether sex-based privacy still means anything in the most intimate spaces—or whether a man’s self-declared identity overrides it.

Don’t get this twisted. He was not a real customer. He is a fully intact male ACTIVIST who targeted this place.

This is not an isolated quirk of Pacific Northwest progressive bureaucracy. As you know, Whatfinger News reports on these ridiculous issues daily. This is merely the latest front in a years-long campaign by transgender activists, Democrats all, to destroy the United States and hurt women and girls, these ridiculous actions are enabled and cheered by Democrats at every level, to erase single-sex spaces for women and girls. The result has been predictable: male-pattern predation, exposure, assault, rape, and impregnation inside facilities that were supposed to be safe for females. if you want your little girl or women molested, you can almost be certain a Democrat masked as a Trans is there to do the harm.

Nude Spaces and Locker Rooms: When “Inclusion” Means a Penis in the Changing Area

In 2021 at Wi Spa in Los Angeles, a registered sex offender named Darren Merager (biological male identifying as a woman) was filmed and later charged after exposing male genitalia in the women’s section in front of multiple women and a minor girl. The viral confrontation sparked riots between activists and those defending women’s spaces. Merager had prior indecent exposure convictions. The pattern is not rare.

More recently, Alexis Black (formerly Grant Freeman) faced accusations of exposing himself and harassing women in a Beverly Hills Gold’s Gym women’s locker room. Black had previously pleaded guilty to savagely beating his then-wife, causing a compound jaw fracture that required surgery—then took her first name after “transitioning.” Women who object are the ones removed or banned.

Similar stories surface repeatedly at YMCAs, Planet Fitness locations, high school locker rooms, and school restrooms. Biological males enter under self-ID policies, women and girls feel unsafe, and institutions—often under Democratic-led state guidance or federal pressure—side with the males. Women who complain are labeled bigots.

Prisons: The Most Vulnerable Women Pay the Highest Price

Nowhere is the betrayal clearer than in women’s prisons. California’s SB 132, the Transgender Respect, Agency and Dignity Act, passed by Democratic majorities and signed into law, lets male inmates request transfer to women’s facilities based solely on stated gender identity. No surgery, no hormones, no meaningful psychological gatekeeping required.

Tremaine Carroll, a violent offender with a long criminal history including kidnapping and forced oral copulation, transferred under the law. He was later charged with raping multiple female inmates at the Central California Women’s Facility; one cellmate became pregnant. Prosecutors documented the assaults. A judge ordered the use of “she/her” pronouns for the biological male defendant. Women’s advocacy groups have taken to mobile billboards calling it “state-sanctioned rape.”

At Rikers Island’s women’s facility, a male who posed as transgender was allegedly granted private access to women, then raped a female inmate within days of arrival. The victim sued, alleging staff ignored her complaints. In federal women’s prisons such as FMC Carswell in Texas, female inmates have reported repeated sexual assaults, exposure, and harassment by biological males housed under prior gender-identity policies. Judges have begun issuing orders separating the males after documented abuse.

Washington state, home of the Olympus Spa fight, has faced lawsuits from female inmates detailing attacks and sexual activity by transferred males. Domestic violence and homeless shelters receiving HUD funds have been pressured under Democratic administrations to house males identifying as women alongside traumatized female victims. Surveys of shelters confirm the widespread practice and the resulting fear among women.

Democrat Policy, Not Accident

This did not happen by accident. The Equality Act, reintroduced and backed by every House Democrat (and nearly every Senate Democrat), explicitly states that with respect to gender identity, no one shall be denied access to shared facilities “including a restroom, a locker room, and a dressing room” matching their identity. It expands public accommodations to include shelters. Democrats have treated opposition as bigotry rather than basic sex-based protection.

Blue-state laws, Biden-era federal guidance on prisons and Title IX, and activist pressure through civil rights commissions have done the rest. When women object, they face investigations, job loss, or social cancellation. When biological males commit crimes inside female spaces, the ideology is rarely blamed—only the women who notice the male body.

Sex is not a costume or a feeling. Male pattern strength, criminality statistics, and the simple reality of intact male genitalia in spaces where women are naked or vulnerable are not “hate.” They are biology and pattern recognition. Women and girls have a right to single-sex facilities free from male intrusion. Activists and the politicians who enable them have spent years insisting otherwise.

Olympus Spa’s owners are right to take this to the Supreme Court. The alternative is the continued erasure of women’s privacy and safety in the name of an ideology that refuses to acknowledge the existence of sex. Women are not the ones who need to be “inclusive” of male bodies in their most private spaces. The people forcing the issue are. As always, the Democrats all across America are on the wrong side.
