As Nato leaders prepare to meet in Ankara, there are growing warnings about spillovers from the war in Ukraine on the alliance’s eastern flank. Earlier this month, a Russian drone hit a residential building in the country, while a Ukrainian drone self-destructed in Black Sea town of Constanta, which has now became a strategic site in the war.
