Here’s how under SB 4…. -Authorizes every law enforcement officer in Texas to arrest anyone who has crossed the border illegally. -Allows the state to deport those individuals. -Gives Texas the current capability to do the above independently. -Has been cleared for full enforcement by the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals after legal challenges. -Ban incentives like free healthcare and hiring of illegals.
This just blew my mind. The Governor of Texas just informed me that HE can deport illegals immedeately, without waiting on the Feds to do it.
