The newly declassified FBI files dropped this week by the Trump administration confirm what many of us already knew in our bones. Eric Swalwell didn’t just “know” a Chinese woman. He slept with her. Multiple times. She raised money for him. She planted interns in his office. She funneled illegal straw donations through American cutouts. And her parents were known agents of China’s Ministry of State Security.
That woman was Christine “Fang Fang” Fang. The FBI had her number for years. They even tried to recruit her as an informant under the code name “Rusty Thumbs” before realizing she was the problem. In March 2014 they opened a full investigation codenamed “Freshman Fifteen.” By spring 2015, when Democrats nominated Swalwell to the House Intelligence Committee—the committee that sees America’s most sensitive secrets—the FBI briefed Democratic leadership, including Nancy Pelosi.
Pelosi kept him on.
Six years later, after Axios exposed the relationship and the FBI briefed Pelosi and Kevin McCarthy again in December 2020 with the full picture of sex, interns, and illicit cash, McCarthy demanded Swalwell’s removal. He called him a “national security liability.” Pelosi said she had “no concerns.” Adam Schiff backed him. A 2021 Republican resolution to throw him off the committee failed on a pure party-line vote. Only when Republicans took the House in 2023 did Speaker McCarthy finally block him.
Eight years. Eight years a man compromised by a Chinese intelligence operative sat on the committee designed to protect America from Chinese intelligence operatives.
This is not a “mistake.” This is not “poor judgment.” This is Democrats choosing the Chinese Communist Party over the American people. They are traitors to the United States and freedom, and all deserve prison.
Fang Fang didn’t just sleep with Swalwell. She used sex, charm, internships, and illegal money as tools of influence. The FBI knew her parents were MSS officers. They knew she was raising funds for California Democrats while tied to Beijing’s spy service. Swalwell admitted the physical relationship in his own FBI interviews. He admitted his campaign finance system was too weak to catch the conduit donations. He admitted his office took her interns.
And Democratic leadership—fully briefed—left him in place with access to classified briefings, CIA oversight, and the nation’s secrets.
McCarthy said it best after the 2020 briefing: “If you got the briefing I got from the FBI, you wouldn’t have Swalwell on any committee… That jeopardized all of us.”
Sgt. Pat: You don’t leave a compromised asset with the keys to the kingdom. That’s not politics. That’s treason. Full stop.
Pelosi’s response? Deflection and protection. The same Nancy Pelosi who spent decades claiming she was tough on China somehow couldn’t remove one compromised Democrat from the one committee that matters most against China.

This is the pattern. Dianne Feinstein’s long-time driver and Chinese liaison turned out to be a spy. The Biden family cashed in with Chinese energy and private equity deals while Joe Biden was vice president and later president. Hunter Biden’s own messages referenced the “spy chief of China.” And now the Swalwell files show the House Intelligence Committee itself was treated as disposable for party loyalty.
China doesn’t need to hack every system when Democrats hand them the access and then refuse to clean house.
Call it what it is. When you knowingly leave a man who had an intimate relationship with a Chinese intelligence asset on the Intelligence Committee for years after the FBI warned you, you are not protecting American secrets. You are enabling the enemy. That is the textbook definition of treasonous negligence—or worse.
The files are out. The timeline is clear. The party-line protection is on the record. America First voters see exactly what happened. Can Trump free himself of Deep State control and move against these traitors? Or is America damned to stay under the control of the elites, that have zero interest in defending our nation, our Constitution, and freedom? November will be the tell all. Stay armed my friends. Buy more for your neighbors. Create a neighborhood paint ball team, have fun and train in tactics and never turn your back on freedom or the Constitution no matter what the Democrats and Deep State and their RINO allies have planned. Remember, if things get bad in America after Trump and Vance are impeached, assuming Trump does not stop voter fraud before November, the Dems will move against you and me. When it all explodes, we can never tell. We all want Trump to stop it all ASAP, and guarantee this beautiful world of ours truly enters a new American golden age.
