Ilhan Omar Issues THREAT At Hasan Piker Event! This Is INSANE
Ilhan Omar shared a Minneapolis stage with Hasan Piker Monday night and delivered a warning that immediately set off a political firestorm. While describing the Somali community’s extensive organizing network and preparations to resist federal immigration enforcement, Omar declared that “Somalis are not the people to mess with.” Critics interpreted the remark as a threat, particularly because state senator Omar Fateh separately joked that he would be worried about the safety of ICE agents if they appeared at the packed event. Fateh made that comment—not Omar or Hasan—and Omar’s full remarks focused on community organization rather than an explicit call for violence.
The approximately 250-seat event sold out despite opposition from Republicans, Jewish organizations and several prominent Minnesota Democrats. Representative Angie Craig called Piker’s rhetoric polarizing and dangerous, while Amy Klobuchar’s campaign described several of his past comments as reckless and unacceptable. Omar’s campaign refused to retreat, arguing that Hasan’s enormous young audience could help drive turnout before the midterms. Local reporting described the actual event as comparatively tame, but the new footage shows exactly why Omar’s decision to embrace Hasan—and the rhetoric surrounding resistance to ICE—has become such a massive liability days before voters head to the polls.
Ilhan Omar’s Minneapolis Stage Share with Hasan Piker Lands as a Midterm Liability While The Quartering Tracks the Raid Fallout and Fraud Questions
Ilhan Omar walked onto a Minneapolis stage Monday night with Twitch streamer Hasan Piker and state Sen. Omar Fateh. The roughly 250-seat Theatre in the Round sold out in five minutes. Organizers called it a youth turnout push eight days before the midterms. Fellow Democrats called it a grenade. Continued below this Vid by Benny Johnson
A former Somaliland minister says Ilhan Omar leaked details of a House Foreign Affairs Committee meeting to Somali leaders while she was on the Committee.
Ali Hassan Muhammad, former Minister of Information, posted that Omar visited the region in late 2022, shared information about a meeting with Somaliland’s president, and pushed Somali leaders to act against Somaliland before U.S. ties strengthened. Fighting broke out in February 2023. Hundreds were killed and thousands displaced.
Omar previously served on the Foreign Affairs Committee and held a clearance.
If this is accurate Ilhan won’t just be deported, she will be behind bars.
This is treasonous.

Omar used the mic to brag about the Somali network in her district. She recounted a post-inauguration meeting with DHS lawyers and quoted one saying Minnesota is the only state whose community is “hard to penetrate.” Then she delivered the line that traveled: “Somalis are not the people to mess with.” She framed it as organized resistance planning against immigration enforcement. Fateh separately joked that he would worry about the safety of any ICE agents who showed up. Piker blamed “white supremacist forces” and “jealousy” for the scrutiny on Minneapolis.
What The Quartering and the Whatfinger feed have been tracking
- The Oct. 12 raid and the probe. Homeland Security Investigations agents searched Omar’s Washington home under a judicial warrant tied to immigration paperwork dating to her family’s 1990s arrival and her 2000 naturalization. Agents took her phone, passport, and boxes of material. Grand jury subpoenas went to relatives, including a sister. Vance has said he believes she committed immigration fraud and that the open question is the remedy. Trump has demanded she resign and face denaturalization talk. Omar’s lawyers call it political. She told MS NOW she is moving out of the house because the address is public and death threats make it unsafe for her kids to visit.
- The name and marriage questions. A DOJ filing referred to her as “Ilhan Nur Said Elmi, a/k/a Ilhan Abdullahi Omar.” She has told reporters her name is Ilhan Abdullahi Omar. On the long-running allegation that she once married her brother, she answered “not to my knowledge” when asked if there was any kernel of truth. The Quartering flagged that phrasing as the worst possible answer while a federal search was active.
- The money and the Minnesota fraud trail. Omar’s financial disclosures have listed assets in the tens of millions while she has described living paycheck to paycheck on a congressional salary. She sponsored the 2020 MEALS Act that loosened school-meal rules during COVID. That flexibility is cited in the $250 million Feeding Our Future scheme that hit her district hard. Court records showed communications between her office and figures later charged. She has denied knowledge of the scheme and said she demanded accountability once it surfaced. The Quartering’s recent framing has her “desperate” and “begging” amid the USAID and nutrition-program questions that keep resurfacing around Somali-linked nonprofits in Minnesota.
🚨 OMG…President Trump actually just posted this
Ilhan Omar Nur Said Elmi: “Scam Likely — Mogadishu, Somalia”
He’s the best man 😭😭
There will never be another president like this in our lifetimes. https://t.co/8ZDsjvdB6h

- The Piker partnership as a self-own. Angie Craig called Piker’s rhetoric “polarizing and dangerous.” Amy Klobuchar’s campaign labeled several past comments “reckless and unacceptable.” A group of DFL state senators, led by Ron Latz, called him a “Jew-hater, homophobe and misogynist” and objected to the platform. Jewish Community Relations Council groups said hosting him was a betrayal. Mayor Jacob Frey and others distanced themselves. Omar’s team said the Democratic Party is a big tent and young voters under 40 need mobilizing. Piker has previously said “America deserved 9/11” (later walked back), that he would vote for Hamas over Israel, and made remarks about American Jews and Orthodox communities that drew Hakeem Jeffries’ condemnation as dangerous. The event went ahead anyway.
🚨 HOLY CRAP! Hasan Piker appeared with Ilhan Omar Nur Said Elmi and called Republicans “terrorists”
“They started saying migrants were a national security threat…migrants are not a national security threat…they are a benefit…Republicans [are] terrorists.”
Deport Hasan Piker!
Why doesn’t he go live in Gaza?
I guarantee you Hasan would never let these 3rd world barbarians into HIS house.
Same guy who said WE deserved 9/11 things Republicans are “terrorists” and unamerican. Smearing half the country as “terrorists” for wanting secure borders tells you everything you need to know about the modern Democrat Party!

- The broader pattern. Omar and the progressive wing keep platforming figures whose records include anti-Israel, anti-Western, and conspiracy-adjacent statements while federal investigators examine the paperwork that put her in Congress and the programs that funneled hundreds of millions through networks in her district. The midterms are days away. Minnesota has an open governor’s race, a Senate seat, and every legislative seat. Republicans are already using the footage.
The sold-out room does not erase the split. Moderate Democrats spent the week explaining why they were not in it. Omar spent it bragging about how hard her community is to penetrate and then walked offstage with the man many of them had already called a liability. The Quartering’s coverage has stayed on the raid, the cash appeals, the name questions, and the fraud paper trail that predates this particular stage share.
Also tracking on the feed: midterm maps and polling at the election hub, and the ongoing Minnesota fraud coverage that keeps circling back to the same districts and the same programs. The Democrats have robbed us all of billions, and still – NO ARRESTS of the major players, as the DOJ continues to protect all Democrats. Even a mass murderer is protected, as he did the job the Deep State wanted done. (Fauci). Criminal referrals mean nothing. Senator Paul can keep referring Fauci, or Omar to prosecute. How long before the DOJ and Deep State start doing what Trump wants, ir ever? Nov 3rd will be all telling.
