    I just seen the article you put up concerning dmso and thought id share some personal experiences with you. i race motorcycles. it’s not without its hazards and dangers.. this last april i was life flighted to the trauma center all busted to shit because i had a mishap. basically i got catapulted off my bike at 130 mph hit the ground with a thud then my bike slammed iinto me. broken bones, busted ribs, punctured lungs, ruptured c3-c4, all kinds of nice stuff to deal with. broken scapula, clavicle, .. got even more metal in my body now with the latest addition to my wrist. As usual my grumpy old ass healed up for the most part, but the wrist was giving me real problems. i had extensive nerve damage, and it seems when they put the screws in to hold the metal plate to the bone, they hit something nerve-ish. i was in constant agony. id wake up in the middle of the night my hand feeling like it was on fire, i shoved into a hornets nest or getting electric shocked.

    i would amost cry sometimes because nothing made the pain go away, gabapentin was useless, and was causing me mental issues, i couldn’t really use it anymore. the opioids would work but id have to take so much to calm that arm down, that it was a very VERY fine line between pain relief and acute sedation, it was very easy to slip into where i was having breathing issues because i was doped up so much, so would now be afraid to goto sleep, that i might never wake back up. sleep was not happening when you hurt that bad… after a few days of no sleep like this it just destroys you. the doctors first said well it’ll get better with time, that ‘s just your nerves healing, it got worse and the therapy snapped something and made it significantly worse. i was really not enjoying life anymore and starting to have bad thoughts. then it switched to, well, sometimes we don’t heal right, welcome to your new life… gee thanks a fucking lot. well, i knew about it, but, it’s one of those things where you just didn’t think about it, and when you do, you slap yourself and go, well why didn’t you remember this a month ago dumb shit. so i dilute dmso and then rub it on my arms a few times a day.

    it gets hot when you mix it with water, thatn’s normal, it’s also a bit oily, so you want to rub it in and knead it in until its absorbed. you need to be absolutely clean, no lotions or shit on you or it’ll bring that right into your body with it. let it dry and just get used to the garlic smell. within a few days my arm calmed down, the pain went away, the stiffness was still there but didn’t hurt as much. wiohin a few weeks, the stiffness started going away, i could use the hand again without the lightning bolts, and i was getting my strength back, where 7 months of previous therapy left me with nothing but agonizing pain… as a punishment for doing therapy. i was at the point where i accepted that i’ll never race again… without the use of your hands, and arm strength, wrestling a 600 lb bike at 130 mph around turns, hanging off and dragging your knees on the ground is simply out of the question. you can’t wing that, you must be on your game and have all your strength or you’ll kill yourself, or worse, someone else on the track with you. but now i can hold the bike, and i can control it. (i had to re learn – re teach myself some techniues, because breaking bones and getting more fusion and steel put in your body is life changing, you will never be/work the same again, you need to re adapt, to the ‘new you’ Losing something you love dearly can give yuu depression, now throw in chronic pain with a grim outlook and life just isn’t as fun anymore.

    But now i have hope again, i was at the track the other day and i didn’t do too bad i must say. oh im off my game after being out of the saddle for a better part of the year but i still got it! i ran out of dmso, and didn’t think about it, thought, ok, it did its job, like a bandaid, or ace bandage, im healed now i can move on. umm sadly no and in a week or so, my arm started hurting and my tendons popping again, and the light6ning returning. i’ll have to rub once a day but when you consider how life improving it is, and it’s cheap and very safe and the best part, i don’t have to be all fucked up on narcotics just to get a good nights sleep. there is so much medicine they are hiding from us it’s sickening. they cure you, they don’t get rich. they manage you, they have steady income. this isn’t a cure, but it’s also only like 20 dollars a gallon which will last probably a year. can’t profit much off that vs a pill they can rape you for 800 dollars a month for. i know you are into the homeopathic medicines and stuff, so am i, i have herbs and stuff growing all over my yard, grow a lot of my own food etc, hoa hates me but fuck them.. anyways.. i thought you might be interested in hearing about dmso from someonhe who is not a shill whoring out a story – Aaron
