- How are Black people able to access govt benefits or open bank accts where their benefits can be deposited directly if they didn’t have IDs? Get jobs, get on board planes, some to buy alcohol, cigarettes or guns, get admitted to hospitals, get their meds from pharmacies, rent or buy homes & to drive. For all these, even Black people need to present VALID IDs just like everybody else but presenting an ID to vote affects Black people?
