Underwater archaeologists believe they have discovered the oldest known shipwreck off Turkey’s Kekova Island, with ancient ceramic jars dating back 4,400 to 4,700 years. The amphoras may have carried wine or olive oil, and similarities to finds in Troy and Crete could offer clues about Bronze Age trade routes.
