Dashcam footage captured a Tesla slamming into a California Highway Patrol vehicle on Interstate 80 in Fairfield on Oct 13, sending it crashing into another car. Two officers who were responding to an earlier crash were seriously injured. The driver reportedly told authorities he had fallen asleep while the vehicle was in driver-assist mode.
