On Thursday, the Supreme Court of the United States gave the okay for the Trump Administration to revoke the Temporary Protected Status for Haitians and Syrians.
Gov. Kathy Hochul expressed her strong disagreement of the ruling, warning that the decision will threaten resources like New York’s home care and health aid system.
Those in opposition, like Hochul, say this decision will leave vulnerable seniors and disabled New Yorkers without essential care.
