Viral surveillance video circulating on social media appears to show the moment Ukrainian missiles struck a factory in Russia.
The factory, located in Voronezh, apparently built electronic components for Russia’s cruise missiles systems and was a “critical component of the Russian military-industrial complex," according to the Ukrainian military.
