Tropical Storm Edouard slammed Southeast Texas with heavy rain and gusts up to 69mph as it made landfall Tuesday, Sept. 1.

Now downgraded to a Tropical Depression, Edouard still brings flash flood warnings and rainfall rates of 2"-4" per hour. Up to 21" of rain has already fallen.
