Video shows the terrifying moment a crane in Chile suddenly collapsed, plummeting into a residential neighborhood. One woman sustained leg injuries, the Mayor of Coquimbo told Television Nacional de Chile, and at least four buildings were damaged, according to reports.
The mayor said an investigation would look into why the structure collapsed, beyond just the weather conditions, local media said.
