Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and Defence Minister Israel Katz said on Thursday (June 25) that Israeli forces would remain in what they called "security zones" in southern Lebanon, Syria and Gaza indefinitely, in continued violation of ceasefire agreements.
Netanyahu also pointed to tensions with international partners, including a temporary halt in US ammunition shipments during the war.
Netanyahu reiterated his pledge to prevent Tehran from acquiring nuclear weapons, saying Israel would act “with or without an agreement.”
