    The claim

    In 1994 orthopedic surgeon Tony Cicoria was struck by lightning at a pay phone. He lived. Then piano music started running in his head and would not shut off. Oliver Sacks wrote the case. It sits in the same drawer as Amato and Padgett.

    Floor of fact. Lightning plus new compulsive musical skill is on the medical record. Sacks published it. Cicoria still performs. The extra story is the same as File 02: accessed archive versus disinhibited brain. Keep them as a pair.
