Melania Trump announced that 23 states will establish Fostering the Future accounts, which are Trump Savings Accounts for foster children.
“For the first time, children in foster care will have access to a dedicated savings and investment vehicle, Fostering the Future accounts,” she said.
The first lady said 23 governors across the country have pledged to work with the Treasury Department to establish the accounts for foster children in their states.
