JD Vance Calls Out Antiwhiteism and Points to Where MAGA Goes Next
Vice President JD Vance just said the quiet part out loud. In a CBS town hall this week, he told a father worried about online radicalization of young white men that the country made a serious mistake by allowing the demonization of people based on skin color. When someone dismisses an idea because the speaker is a “mediocre white man” or has “white privilege,” Vance said, that is just as evil as demonizing someone for being Black. Most people shrug it off and keep living. A smaller number get radicalized into dangerous ideas. He is not defending the dark corners of the online right. He is saying the reaction did not come from nowhere.
That is antiwhiteism. Mark Dice has used the term for years for a simple reason. People hear the word “racism” and think only of whites discriminating against others. Calling it “reverse racism” still treats the problem as if it runs in one direction. “Critical race theory” makes it sound like an academic debate instead of real practice in schools, corporations, and government. Antiwhiteism is the clearer label for the actual pattern: hostility, exclusion, or official discrimination aimed at people because they are white, often justified as payback or as dismantling “privilege.” Dice has argued it should sit in the vocabulary the way anti-semitism does—specific and hard to dodge.
The examples are ordinary now. Democrats forced companies to run racist mandatory trainings that listed white people as the problem or said they had internalized racial superiority. Schools canceled student productions when a white kid won the lead role after auditions, calling it an effort to be “inclusive.” Diversity offices and DEI programs treated “too many white men” as a defect to be corrected, which meant lowering standards or skipping qualified applicants. Media and activist outlets ran pieces celebrating the coming white minority while treating any pushback as proof of supremacy. Starbucks paid millions after a jury found a white manager was fired for being white. These are not fringe blogs. They were policy in Fortune 500 firms and public institutions until recently. The Democrats have done all they can to attack White people, especially males. Some can even call it a Jihad against Whites as well as western civilization, as this woke nonsense is repeated on steroids in nations of the EU.

Vance has been naming it. At Turning Point USA’s AmericaFest last December he said the Trump administration had put DEI in the dustbin of history and that “you don’t have to apologize for being white anymore.” The line is simple: judge people by what they do, not by ethnicity they cannot change. Asians no longer have to hide their skin color on college applications. Men, women, straight, gay—none of it is the test. The test is whether you are a good American. That is the opposite of the system that spent years treating white skin as a mark against you in hiring, admissions, and promotions.
The future of MAGA sits in that choice. The movement rose in part because large numbers of voters rejected race-based rules that punished them for their ancestry while demanding they stay silent about it. Vance’s comments treat antiwhiteism as a real problem that produces backlash, not as a hallucination. He also refuses to excuse the worst online reactions to it. The practical path is the one already underway: end official discrimination, restore merit, and stop teaching that one racial group is the source of every social failure. That leaves less room for the fringe that thrives on grievance. Colorblind rules are not a retreat. They are the refusal to keep running a system that singles people out by ancestry.

He explains that white people aren’t targeting black people or killing black people, it’s the other way around
