A former Cornell student alleges she was gang-raped by seven men at a Cornell fraternity house in 2024 after being plied with alcohol and drugs. When she originally reported the incident, the university says it conducted a Title IX investigation. The student is now alleging the school failed to protect her. New York Governor Kathy Hochul is now calling for an independent review of the case. Tompkins County, New York District Attorney Matthew Van Houten joins Peter Alexander to explain more on the case.
