Iran’s UN Ambassador Amir Saeid Iravani, speaking to reporters at the United Nations, accused France and the UK of “double standards” for refusing to condemn the US-Israeli war on Iran.
Iravani said the US strikes launched this week violated a memorandum of understanding and that the Security Council’s failure to act has “reinforced impunity” and “encouraged further violations of international law”.
