2. The 17:18 Challenge: Writing Wisdom on Your Heart

Summary: Ancient kings of Israel were commanded not just to own a copy of God’s Word, but to painstakingly write it out by hand. Dr. Barnett challenges believers to engage deeply with the 915 verses of Proverbs—even copying them by hand—because physically writing out the text dramatically increases your retention and transforms how you absorb God’s truth.
3. The Fireproof Faith: Flourishing in Life’s Fiercest Storms

4. The Divine Personality Transplant: Receiving Wisdom from Above

Summary: The fear of the Lord is the true beginning of all knowledge and wisdom. When you turn to Christ, God downloads a "personality transplant" from above. Instead of the mean, worldly nature we are born with, He replaces it with wisdom that is pure, peaceable, gentle, and full of mercy, entirely changing how you behave and treat others.
5. The U-Turn to Grace: Escaping the Avalanche of Sin
Scripture References: Proverbs 1:23–29; Proverbs 3:5–6; 1 Corinthians 1:18; Ezekiel
Summary: We naturally wander off like lost sheep, carrying an invisible "avalanche of sin" that sticks to us and leads to destruction. But God promises to pour out His Spirit on us if we will simply "turn at His rebuke".
