Three people were killed on June 24 in the Russian-controlled Ukrainian city of Horlivka after the entrance of an apartment building collapsed following an overnight drone attack, according to Russia’s TASS news agency, which cited local emergency services. Horlivka has been under pro-Russian control since 2014 and has repeatedly been targeted in attacks over the years, resulting in civilian casualties.
