- When you combine that with the fact that the guy who ended up winning had only re-entered the race a couple of weeks ago, after having dropped out because he was so far behind and his funds had dried up, I agree that this could look a bit sus. The Democrats knew they couldn’t win the general election with Hong, so there could have been some “manipulation” going on. It wouldn’t be the first time Democrats found a way for the party, not the people, to select their candidate. – CH
