The last prisoner who escaped from a New Orleans jail in May after pulling a toilet off the wall has been captured in Atlanta. Derrick Groves is seen blowing a kiss to the camera in the footage, apparently enjoying his final moments of freedom. He was the last of the ten escapees to be found.
