Andy Ogles (R-TN) has fired off a letter to Attorney General Pam Bondi, demanding an investigation into whether socialist Democrat Zohran Mamdani lied his way into U.S. citizenship by concealing his ties to communism and terrorism support.

But according to Ogles’ letter, Mamdani failed to disclose his membership in the Democratic Socialists of America (DSA) on his naturalization form, where applicants must reveal affiliations with communist organizations. DSA, which Mamdani joined before citizenship, openly calls for abolishing private property—a core communist tenet straight from Karl Marx.

As Ogles told Schmitt, “The Democrat Socialists of America is a communist organization… that would have disqualified him from becoming a United States citizen.” If proven, this willful misrepresentation is grounds for revocation under federal law.But the lies don’t stop there. Mamdani’s rap lyrics from 2017—just a year before naturalization—glorify the Holy Land Five, convicted terrorists who funneled $12 million to Hamas through the Holy Land Foundation.

In his track “Salaam,” Mamdani raps about “freeing” these Hamas funders and loving them as “my guys.” Ogles argues this constitutes concealed material support for terrorism, another disqualifier on the N-400 form.“This isn’t art—it’s jihadist propaganda,” Ogles blasted. Mamdani has refused to condemn calls to “globalize the intifada,” a violent rallying cry for attacks on civilians, further exposing his radical sympathies.
