French cops have deployed armored vehicles in Paris and Marseille to curb any violent outbreaks. The blue Centaure trucks weigh 14.5 tons and are operated by France’s National Gendarmerie, Euro News reported. Each can carry 10 officers and is equipped with ballistic and mine protection. France deployed about 20 armored trucks throughout Paris and Marseille, the latter of which saw a clash erupt between protesters and law enforcement.
