- That one made my stomach turn. Nearly 7,000 Americans died taking Iwo Jima, Marines and Navy corpsmen side by side, and somebody went at their statue with a sledgehammer on a Wednesday night. Police say they caught him in the act and he’s held without bond. Good. Felony charges, full restitution, and no plea deal that shrinks it down to a fine. Some things you just don’t touch. IA
- He will be back on the street with zero bail. And then we will lose him for a few years until he hurts a woman. The they will give him a pea deal for the statue but not his victim. Afterwards we will get outraged again and try to deport him. But then a law school will interject themselves in as his defense. The deportation will go on for years.
