Dwayne Johnson and Catherine Laga’aia sit down with Nischelle Turner in Oahu, Hawaii, ahead of Disney’s live-action ‘Moana’ hitting theaters on July 10. Dwayne reflects on reprising his role as Maui, 10 years after voicing the demigod in the original animated film. Meanwhile, Catherine opens up about taking on the mantle of the titular Moana, originally voiced by now-executive producer Auli’i Cravalho. The two also joke about their wigs, which allowed Dwayne (one of the world’s most-famous bald men) the opportunity to learn the hair-flip.
