Ketanji Brown Jackson is the worst Supreme Court justice in the history of this country. Worse than Ruth Bader Ginsburg. Look at the way this concurring argument is written. She uses terms like “full stop” and “understood the assignment. These are terms you hear on TikTok. Compare that to how Clarence Thomas writes: “Blacks were entitled to citizenship because they were Americans. They had no other homeland, owed no allegiance to any foreign power, and were subject to no other authority.
