On April 9th, Mark Rutte announced that NATO would be willing to play a role in a possible Strait of Hormuz missions if its able to do so. Rutte also said that countries are doing everything US President Trump had requested, even if some were a bit slow to do so amid the tensions between the United States and Iran.
