US forces struck their 10,000th target in Iran and remain "on plan or ahead of plan" in achieving the military objectives of the war, the commander of Operation Epic Fury said in an update.
Thus far, 92% of the Iranian navy’s "largest vessels" — used to harass ships in the Persian Gulf — have been destroyed, according to US Central Command.
"They are not sailing, and my operational assessment is that they’ve now lost the ability to meaningfully project naval power and influence around the region and around the world," CENTCOM Commander Adm. Brad Cooper said.
