Transportation Secretary Sean Duffy said LaGuardia Airport will operate at reduced capacity for some time following a runway accident that killed two pilots and forced the airport to shut down.
The Air Canada Bombardier CRJ-900 jet landing from Montreal with 72 passengers and four crew members was landing shortly before midnight when it smashed into the truck responding to an unrelated emergency.
