Ikaria Hale was enjoying the view from the top of a parking garage in Lexington, Kentucky when she noticed a commotion below. Hale captured a Tesla plowing over multiple people before driving the wrong way down a one-way street. She said she started recording the scene after seeing “someone reach in a girl’s car and punch her.” Police stopped the vehicle and pulled 20-year-old Kaydence Carpenter from her car, arresting her.
