That’s because the ‘Devil Wears Prada 2’ castmates have a unique sense of familiarity thanks to Stanley’s marriage to her sister Felicity Blunt, who Emily introduced the actor to after costarring in the original 2006 movie together. In fact, Emily said her IRL brother-in-law couldn’t help but troll her during the filming of the sequel, out May 1. "Whenever they would cut," the actress exclusively told E! News Creator Cam host Erin Lim Rhodes at the movie’s New York City premiere, "Stan would be like, ‘You’re shameless. Shameless.’" The 43-year-old said the playful callout had to do with "how much I was overacting," which is why she bemoans the fact the pair don’t share that many scenes together in the final cut. "Stan and I were so angry that they didn’t give us more to do together," Emily quipped. "If we do another one, they better have us joined at the hip." The Oscar nominee admittedly had "way too much fun" shooting the movie, which also sees the return of OG stars Anne Hathaway and Meryl Streep. In fact, Emily often broke character while sharing a scene with newcomer Justin Theroux, who plays her onscreen boyfriend.
