A countywide voting machine issue has disrupted Election Day operations in Westchester, New York, according to the Westchester County Board of Elections, which says every ballot cast will still be counted.
Voters whose ballots cannot be scanned are being directed to place them in designated orange emergency ballot bags. Election officials said those ballots will remain secure, be monitored and counted in accordance with election procedures.
