President Donald Trump signed full and unconditional pardons for three Wasilla, Alaska, truckers who were prosecuted over modifications to diesel engines, according to his announcement. Trump accused the Biden administration of targeting the truckers over emissions rules and said Sen. Dan Sullivan urged him to pardon Mac Spurlock, whom Trump had previously pardoned.
