President Trump said Thursday he would “probably” consider pulling U.S. troops out of Italy and Spain, a day after indicating a possible reduction of forces in Germany. Trump has sharply criticized NATO allies for not assisting in efforts to reopen the Strait of Hormuz after it was closed during a U.S.-Israeli air conflict with Iran, and has raised the possibility of withdrawing the U.S. from the alliance.
