A tourist boat carrying 20 people capsized off Santa Marta, Colombia on Sep 29 after heavy rain and rough waves caused it to lose stability. Nearby boats rushed to the scene and helped rescue the passengers, all of whom were wearing life jackets and escaped without injuries.
