A building collapsed in a cloud of dust and rubble at a port in Maumere, Indonesia, after a powerful 7.7-magnitude earthquake struck off the country’s eastern coast early Saturday. People can be heard screaming and running through the street as the structure gives way, while tsunami waves of less than one metre were recorded in several areas.
