The Polk County Sheriff’s Office announced they arrested an illegal Honduran migrant accused of raping an elderly 77-year-old victim inside of her Mulberry home.
Police arrested 24-year-old Axel Herrera, and charged him with kidnapping, sexual battery by force, burglary with battery, tampering with evidence, possession of cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and loitering/prowling.
