A Russian overnight airstrike sparked a fire at a non-residential building in Kyiv, Ukraine’s State Emergency Service said. The blaze spread across about 32,300 square feet. A separate Russian attack also caused a fire at a non-residential building in Odesa. No casualties were immediately reported in either location.
