A constitutional crisis is emerging in Poland as the pro-European Union government tries to force an overhaul of the country’s top court. The country’s ministers of state are pitting themselves against President Karol Nawrocki. He was travelling to Senegal but turned his plane around mid-flight to deal with the turmoil.
