CCTV captures Joshua Smith, 30, repeatedly trying to launch a package containing around $16,000 worth of drugs over the wall of a prison in England. The parcel was eventually thrown inside but quickly intercepted by a prison officer, landing Smith a three-year, eight-month sentence.
