The jury in the Lindsay Clancy case was sent home after nearly 30 hours of deliberation. Her lawyer, Kevin Reddington, told reporters he would be ready to retry the killer mom’s case "next week" if the current trial ends with a hung jury.
The jury is deciding whether the 36-year-old mom should be held criminally responsible for first-degree murder for strangling her three kids with exercise bands. Clancy claims she should be found not guilty by reason of insanity on the grounds she was allegedly in the throes of severe postpartum psychosis during the slayings and her subsequent suicide attempt
