The Cornell Seven controversy has now reached Saturday Night Live—and the audience could not stop laughing when Colin Jost and Michael Che joked about the scandal.
A former student accuses seven men of sexually assaulting her at a fraternity house after she consumed ketamine, marijuana and alcohol. The local prosecutor initially declined charges, but New York Gov. Kathy Hochul has now removed him from the case and appointed Attorney General Letitia James as special prosecutor.
Megyn Kelly says the men have already been publicly destroyed without a conviction. The allegations remain disputed, the records contain conflicting accounts and no criminal court has found the seven men guilty.
