Gov. Hochul stumbled in her opening statement as she tried to make her affordability pitch to voters and compared Blakeman to Trump.
"I have been laser-focused on affordability and your family’s safety," Hochul said.
But then the gov started to stutter and made a clucking sound.
"You’re going to hear a lot of different opinions," she blurted out.
"He says that he’s going to bring Trump-style leadership to Albany," Hochul added. "He says you’ve got to cut Medicaid in half. You heard it say that, and he’s going to let ICE run rampant in our streets. So this is your choice, New Yorkers."
