Who wouldn’t want to cradle a baby bird?!
A siamang mother found and carefully held a robin chick at the ABQ BioPark in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
“While it’s uncommon to see this kind of behavior between species, it may just be in her nature,” a zookeeper said. “Either way, seeing Eve care for the baby bird like that was very heartwarming.”
The bird was reunited with its own mother, the zoo said.
