I will also share a powerful moment from our missionary travels training next-generation leaders. During one of my classes, the electricity, computer, and sound system suddenly went out. In total darkness, the students shook their phone flashlights so I could continue teaching for the next half-hour using only the emergency light on my Bible. They told me they would never forget it because it felt just like the first century, having nothing but the raw Word of God.
