‘Double Lives of Suburban Wives’ follows six couples in the St. Louis area, whose everyday routines — from carpools to church — coexist with a secret, spicy side: the wives are all adult content creators! The series explores the unexpected bonds forged in navigating the titular double lives, but even the closest connections are tested as personal struggles, competing priorities and differing perspectives create friction within the group. As they navigate judgment, family expectations and the challenges of balancing two very different worlds, the show offers an intimate look at the relationships that sustain them and the tensions that threaten to pull them apart. ‘Double Lives of Suburban Wives’ premieres on Sunday, Aug. 9, at 10 p.m. ET/PT on TLC.
